The Project for Strengthening Public Financial Management (PFM) aims to improve the government’s financial management systems and processes across the national and four state governments. The project’s primary objectives are to enhance the quality and timeliness of in-year budget reporting, install a Revenue Management System for more accurate revenue accounting, and implement a new Financial Management Information System (FMIS) to streamline budget preparation and transaction recording.
