Rate Change in Sale of National Government’s Bank of FSM Shares

Price change announced in sale of National Government Bank of FSM Shares to the public.

The Secretary of Finance is announcing the price change in sale of the National Government’s Bank of FSM Shares to the public, effective February 28, 2025. The National Government’s shares of the Bank of the FSM are now being offered to the public at $15.00 per share. These shares are available for purchase by FSM citizens only.

The Secretary of Finance shall monitor the sales progress and the market conditions, and may adjust the sale price if necessary.

No individual may acquire direct or indirect ownership or control of more than 2.5% shares or 7,500 of the FSM National Government’s owned shares.
