World Bank

The Digital FSM Project aims at enhancing digital connectivity by fostering digital government services, and strengthening the legal and regulatory environment for the digital economy in the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). The project builds on earlier investments in submarine fiber optic infrastructure and seeks to bridge the digital divide across FSM’s four states—Pohnpei, Chuuk, Yap, and Kosrae.

Overall, Digital FSM aims to provide more affordable, secure, and accessible digital services to support economic growth, government efficiency, and improved public service delivery across the country.
